Cold Room Panels

To provide the necessary insulation for your cold rooms and facilities, and to prevent heat loss, you will need sandwich panels suitable for your projects. These panels are obtained by compressing polyurethane foam between two sheet metal layers at appropriate densities. The thickness of these panels varies according to the room temperatures and storage conditions you require.

Various sizes of sandwich panels required for your cold storage rooms are produced and offered by Erdemler Soğutma under the COOLPAN brand, meeting international standards.

Our COOLPAN panels are manufactured according to a locking system and are joined together with a male and female overlap detail. Production is done with polyurethane filled at a density of 40-42 kg/m3 between two sheets. The surface of COOLPAN panels is smooth, hygienic, and easy to clean. Due to its hygiene, it is especially preferred in hospitals, food warehouses, and the pharmaceutical sector. It prevents heat loss with its special design and accessories. COOLPAN panels also offer options for grooved-ungrooved and locked-unlocked production.
